This is a fabulous breeding straight out of Parkdale Valais- the finest flock of Purebred Valais Blacknose in NZ: Sired Highland Isa X Dam Parkdale Francis. 

Sire Isa won Reserve Champion Valais Blacknose Ram at the New Zealand Agricultural Show 2023. Isa is the sire of both Iowa Maker’s Mark (dam: Floss) and Iowa Mars (dam: Effie) who won Grand Champion Valais Ram and Reserve Grand Champion Valais Ram, respectively, at the Maryland Sheep & Wool Festival held 3-4 May 2025. Isa’s pedigree contains a number of animals that have been graded maximum points, including Queen, King Kong and Hulk. Both Highland Montana and Highland Bonnie have produced multiple offspring graded maximum points in the UK. Highland Isa himself is full brother to Highland Incredible Hulk, the sire of four of only ten maximum points graded sheep at Blacknose Beauties, 2024, UK, including the Reserve Male Champion, Deepdale Luca. Deepdale Luca went on to sell at auction setting a new male breed record in the UK.

Dam Francis is fabulous ewe out of Snowdonia Goliath who set the overall breed sale record in the UK in 2021. Goliath was also Overall Reserve Champion and Overall Male Champion at Blacknose Beauties, UK 2021. His sire (Ego) and grand sire (Dancer) both also graded maximum points whilst his dam, May has bred several maximum points offspring. Bonnie’s sire, Prendwick Basil is also graded maximum points, as is grandsire Prendwick Eros. Eros has sired the largest number of maximum points offspring of any ram in the UK.
